Upgrade policy

We always provide free version-specific updates (i.e.. from version 1.0 to 1.3). Upgrade to new major version (i.e.. from version 1.0 or 2.0 to version 3.0) is usually priced about 50% of the new user price. If we release a new major version 60 days or less after your purchase, you will receive free upgrade to the new version.

Legal Stuff

All of our software/e-books are distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. The Nayaab Productions Inc. declines responsibility for any possible damage due to the use of its productions. When a program is shareware, that means you can try it for free. You may use Shareware version for 30 days (TRIAL period). After that period has ended, to continue using this product you have to purchase the Registered version.
